Family owned and operated for 18 years. With a combined level of experience in the food service industry encompassing 4 decades, Rick and Beth are industry leaders in the corporate catering market committed to community and civic engagement. They enjoy sharing new adventures with their 3 active boys who are always exposing them to wonderful experiences.

Andre-General Manager.

Andre has provided Post Exchange Catering with excellence in service and leadership since since 2003. He is our principle creative chef bringing many years of culinary experience to the entire Post Exchange team. His goal . . . to be the best in the corporate catering industry. Andre enjoys sports and travel with family and friends.

Samuel -Kitchen Manager.

Samuel has been leading the Post Exchange Catering kitchen with his culinary expertise since 2007. Having attended Bon Appetite Culinary School and as our head chef, he always brings a delicious touch to each of the feasts he prepares. Samuel is also a coach for his kids football teams and a talented musician.

Jim - Expediter.

Jim has been with the Post Exchange team as an expediter & delivery specialist since 2008. Jim's professionalism and dedication is why Post Exchange is known for it's on time delivery service. Jim's hobbies include fishing, golf and . . . cooking of course

Kaitlyn - Kitchen Prep/Office Assistant.

Kaitlyn assists our chef with vegetable prep and in our sandwich and salad stations creating delicious sandwiches, wraps, and salads daily. She enjoys going to the lake and spending quality time with her family.

Paula - Delivery & Expediting teams.

Paula works in our expediting and delivery operations always bringing hard work and a constant smile to Post Exchange Catering. Paula enjoys being a mentor through her church ans most of all  she enjoys shopping.

Gina - Delivery & Expediting teams.

Gina has been a wonderful contributor to our fast and friendly corporate service team always preparing a flawless dessert presentation with every meal. She enjoys being outdoors, going to concerts and watching movies.

Donny - Kitchen prep

Donny is on his second tour of duty with Post Exchange Catering. Donny brings a flair to the cold prep station that is unmatched. Donny graces us with his wit and presence when he is not performing his duties as one of Atlanta's leading sushi chefs.
