You guys are simply awesome! Those catering options were superb! I loved each touch, the mason jar flower arrangement, the bamboo like plates, and the gluten free option. I had the veggie wraps and they were to die for, seriously the flavor profile hit the mark on each sandwich and the rosemary breads/wraps complemented the ingredients. Our guests loved it and ate everything especially the gluten free items! I give you guys a score of 10 for your delivery & customer service, delectable food, website and ability to deliver more than expected!

I just served our executive management the Asian Mixed Grill, and I look like a SUPERSTAR!! This is , hands down, one of the best platters I've ever seen. I would highly recommend this dish to everyone needing to cater lunch or dinner. The Salmon and Chicken are absolutely to die for. The beef is incredible also. But, if you are having trouble making your decision on a meal, you MUST try this dish. You will be praised and probably given a raise for planning such an awesome meal! I do all the catering for my large company and try to spread the business among many local catering companies. However, after being introduced to Rick Leigh and Post Exchange Catering, I have stopped using any others. No one can even come close to the professionalism, responsiveness, quality of not only the food but the paper products (plates, napkins, utensils, cups). What a difference this makes and all for the same price OR LESS than the other companies we had been using. I also love the rewards program - getting points for each time I order. The menu variety is huge and if you don't see it on their website, they will make it for you if you ask!
The reason I consistently use Post Exchange Catering is because I know I can always rely on them to give a great product as well as great service with a high level of communication.
